I'm doing Weight Watchers.
I've been going to the meetings for about two months now and actually followed the program for a couple of weeks but never really jumped in with both feet.
After eight years of being fluffy, I've finally decided to make THE CHANGE.
Since deciding this, I've started craving some very yummy unhealthy foods.

Seriously...THANKS for putting these pictures on here. (insert sarcastic font here) :o)
wow! really puts it in perspective doesn't it?
27 points? wow!
the thing that helps me, although i am not good at eating healthy, is that i have to think of it not as depriving myself of something yummy, but instead thinking of it as taking care of my body and eating things that are really good for me. --you see how far that thinking gets me. i have about 25 pounds to lose.
fried pickles? im going to pass on that, but i do love some cucumbers and tomatoes soaked in red wine vinegar with a little olive oil. (heres me inspiring a healthy food craving) its the vinegar that makes it crave worthy.
I LOVE fried pickles. Yummy!!
