It started out innocently enough.
I never intended to get sucked in.
I even swore, at one time, to never give into it's draw.
I'm hooked.
I am at the edge of my seat the whole time!
Twilight,
I wish I knew how to quit you.
Right now, I am in the middle of leading HisGirl
- a Bible study for teen girls.
I can't tell you how many times Bella, Edward and Jacob have come up
in our conversations.
I found that I couldn't discuss with them the topics and points they were bringing up, so I caved and watched it - much to my bff's disgust (sorry Kate!).
Saturday night I bribed my hubby into watching New Moon with me.
While the acting wasn't great, I still got sucked into the plot and even became emotionally attached to the characters, especially Alice and Jacob.
Anyway, I'm getting ready to have a couple of sessions with my girls based on things from Twilight - the good (resisting temptation), the bad (witchcraft, wizardry, which I think vampires fall into this category), and the ugly (turning Twilight {or it's characters} into an idol).
