So I got the stuff in today for Weight Watchers.
Since I can't really afford to pay for the program a very gracious woman I work with gave me her extra set of materials. I know this is cheating the system but, seriously, I need to lose weight.
I can have 30 points per day. I'm excited about this number...it'll challenge me to cut back but will keep me feeling full. Back when I was doing my 1100 Calories per day thing I felt like I was STARVING.
I am going to try something new this time around...I'm going to set short term goals. I'll have a goal "to do" and a monthly weight loss goal. My plan is to carry each goal through to the following weeks
Week 1 Goal: Walk at least 30 minutes daily while learning to apply the program to real life.
Week 2 Goal: Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Week 3 Goal: Take vitamins and supplements daily.
Week 4 Goal: Shred 3x's per week
Month 1 Weight Loss Goal: 5 Pounds
Month 1 Weight Loss Reward: ....what do you think I should do for my 1 Month Reward?!

It's pretty unorganized, but once you get used to it it is easy to find stuff. She has menu items for basically any resturant you can think of too!
After the baby I am totally going to do WW.
Well... one month? Really? Go for a one week goal. And if you do the one week, then actually ALLOW yourself to have your *cheat day and eat whatever you want.
I failed at WW... cause it was just another diet to me.
I hope you are totally different from me one this one!!
