
Just to catch you up, if you're new around here or haven't visited in a while (or can't keep up with my randomness); I have some weight to lose and after seeing a report on GMA about how it takes 21 days to start a new habit I decided that it was time for me to make some new habits in my life.
It didn't exactly work out last week when I started this mess.
Seriously, I MUST have been crazy for attempting to do anything during VBS week. I had absolutely no intention of working VBS until I succumbed to peer pressure (you know who you are) and found myself up at the church until 9pm every night.
So, I'm starting over at Day One now that my schedule is more clear.
Here are the habits I want to establish this set of 21 days:
1. Walk daily for at least 30 minutes.
2. Eat breakfast.
3. Watch portion sizes - no seconds.
4. Drink 5 cups of water a day.
Like I said last time, I want to post daily (excluding weekends) about the progress that I am making and I need you guys to call me out if I'm not doing right. I'm excited to get back down to my healthy fightin' weight!!! Check back here tomorrow to see how I did today!!
Now if only I would take Kathy's advice and get movin: "The hardest part is just getting off your butt and actually moving, but once you do that it gets easier and easier...".
