1. Wrapping paper or gift bags? Wrapping paper!!!!
2. Real tree or Artificial? Love real ones but hate the mess - it's artificial trees for us!
3. When do you put up the tree? Saturday after Thanksgiving. There's too much shopping and napping to be done the day after!!!
4. When do you take the tree down? After New Years - it's a family tradition.
5. Do you like eggnog? HECK NO! There's raw eggs in that junk!
6. Favorite gift received as a child? my big white Barbie horse. She was beautiful...
7. Hardest person to buy for? the tween gifls in my life.
8. Easiest person to buy for? David and Ethan.
9. Do you have a nativity scene? Sadly no, I'm waiting to find the perfect one since the Willow Tree ones I love cost a small fortune.
10. Mail or email Christmas cards? Mail!
11. Worst Christmas gift you ever received? Joel Osteen books - my family knows I'm a Chrsitian and automatically assume I'm of the "prosperity gospel" variety.
12. Favorite Christmas Movie? Elf and A Christmas Story
13. When do you start shopping for Christmas? Black Friday
14. Have you ever recycled a Christmas present? Nope!
15. Favorite thing to eat at Christmas? My MIL's dressing and mashed potatoes. I allow myself to go nuts on Christmas and eat whatever I want!
16. Lights on the tree (colored or clear)? White!
17. Favorite Christmas song? You know, I don't really have a favorite. Christmas music just doesn't do it for me...
18. Travel at Christmas or stay home? We travel the weekend before Christmas. Everyone comes to us on Christmas day.
19. Can you name all of Santa's reindeer's? No, I always forget one.
20. Angel, star or ribbon on top of tree? A star and some berry sprig things
21. Open the presents Christmas Eve or morning? We have 4 sets of parents so Christmas is INSANE. We do Christmas with my dad in Oklahoma the weekend before; we do Christmas Eve with my mom (typically); Christmas morning is with my MIL and Christmas afternoon/evening with my FIL and step-MIL. It's insanity.
22. Favorite children's Christmas song? The Chipmunk Christmas Song... whatever it's called...
23. Most annoying thing about this time of the year? Call me a Scrooge but Christmas music is EVERYWHERE. Bells give me a headache.
24. Favorite ornament theme or color? I like country/vintage Christmas stuff. You know, the warm and homey kind.
25. Turkey or ham on Christmas day? Ham!!!!!!!!!!!
26. What do you want for Christmas this year? The Pioneer Woman cookbook, a good set of kitchen knives and a new couch.
27. Does anyone in your family dress up as Santa? No.
28. Age you discovered who Santa was? I don't remember.

I think you should start asking for a little piece of the Willow Tree Nativity set for Christmas every year until you have it all. No other scene compares to this one. :)
