Garden Themed Baby Shower

A couple of weeks ago I had the honor of co-hosting (with 6 other women) a baby shower for one of my best friends in the whole wide world.

I cannot even begin to tell you all how excited I am for my friend and her husband! I have prayed for them to be blessed with a little one for so long now and I am so thankful that the Lord has blessed them with little Adeline!

We just can't wait to meet her!!!

Here's a photo of one of our dear friend, Jen (who drove all the way from
Louisiana), hanging some homemade pom poms and threatening me for taking the picture.

Love ya, friend!

Here's the BEAUTIFUL cake made by Krissy
and the flower arrangements by Shayla!

Didn't they do a GREAT job?!?!

Here's the MessyNester with her mom, sister and mother-in-law.
Diaper cake and bulletin boards by yours truly.

MessyNester, her mom and sister along with some more of the table.
(Don't those fruit cups look delicious?!)

This BEAUTIFUL piece of art was made by MessyNester's sister - isn't she talented?!

I'm trying to talk her into opening up an Etsy shop!

Here's the loot!
(sorry for the poor quality of the photo - the lighting isn't good in the fellowship hall)

I must say - of all the baby showers I've been to, have never seen more handmade goods! MessyNester's mom made a large bag full of blankets, sweaters and baby booties and our friends Krissy and Melissa made her two amazing blankets.

Check out this post by MessyNester to see Addie's room and some of her beautiful gifts!
