Gotta Make a Change

I've fallen off the weight loss wagon again.

Shocker? Not so much. There are so many good foods out there - I just can't help myself.

Despite what kind of temptations lurk out in the world, I've got to get healthy again. This time, I'm going to go for a more simple approach:

- No bread
- No sugar
- Drink water before and with each meal
- Shred daily

Sounds simple enough, right? Ha! We'll see how it goes. I'm going to put my stats on the sidebar again so you guys can hold me accountable without me having to post a weight loss blog every other day.

My goal is to lose 10 lbs. by the end of August.

Oh goodness! Good luck. Just about everything has sugar in it. You will have to stick to meat and veggies!

I did Weight Watchers before I got pregnant and I lost over 50lbs. You can eat anything you want.. within points.

You can do it girl! You're doing perfect by staying realistic in your goals of how much you want to lose and what you're willing to do to lose it! And I KNOW you can pray for and receive the self-control you need..and remember, the Lord is just as willing to enable you to be healthy as you are wanting to be!
