If you go on the right Saturday you'll find this delightful antique market. They are only open six Saturdays a year so it's certainly a treat to stumble upon their sale like I did Saturday before last.
Seriously, you guys...
this place has great personality and character.
Even though it's small, I can get lost here for hours. I wish I were kidding!

There's something about old signs that I like. Not exactly sure what or why, I just like them.
When I get a house, I sooo want vines growing up the side! It makes it so cottagey!
Although the furniture in this room is white, my camera decided they'd look better yellow.
Baseballs and roses...who knew that'd be a combination I'd love. David was upset, he said this was a waste of perfectly good baseballs/softballs.
He did approve of black bedroom furniture!
I love the romance of this room...and the terrarium! I left this place completely inspired to make one myself...mainly because the one they have listed there was over $60 and much too big for the space I want one for.
(check back next time to see the terrarium I made all. by. my. self.)

A perfect place for coffee and a good book...or a nap....
After I left The Red Shed I drove down through the rest of downtown Grapevine to covet a little. These homes are just beautiful, big yards and lots of character. I'll just show you the pictures, I won't comment on all of them. At least, I'll try not to.

(this one's my favorite)

(This one would be my favorite if it weren't so tiny. It has to be 800ish square feet.

Oh. If we lived closer we would SO shop together. :) And thank you so much for the sweet blog nomination! You're such a bright spot in my day!
love the houses, its one free thing we always do when people come visit me, stroll around downtown looking at houses.
how cute is that store!!!!???!!!!! I love it!!!
and the houses :) SO americana!!
:) I posted a blog about Romans 5:8 check it out friend!
see you tomorrow!
I love those homes with character! If I could afford it, I'd have a craftsman or victorian style house with a big wrap around porch and all the built-ins with the glass doorknobs and such!
Only problem with them is that you usually scrimp on closet space, which would be a big deal for our family!
I'm hooked!! I love them all too!! And that little market is just wonderful.
Great job on your plant home thingey that i can't spell for the life of me.
God bless!
Amanda
