~ I've been trying to get up earlier lately to spend time with the Lord and He has made a way for it to happen. A very VERY loud and obnoxious bird has decided that 4:45am is a great time to perch outside of our window and chirp, caw and sing. It was pretty annoying for a few days so I tried to ignore him but today, I got up. IT WAS GREAT!
~ I got to do my 1 mile workout today and I feel totally energized! I'd love to do this 1 mile workout everyday for two weeks and then pump it up to 2 miles. Pray for me - I need LOTS of motivation.
~ I also got to spend some much needed time with the Lord today. I'm reading Hebrews 6 about how hope is the anchor of our souls. It was such a great comfort especially since I've really been wavering in my faith lately. I love how the Lord's mercies are new each day!
~ My very awesome friends came over last night for coffee and Bible study. The study was a little rough around the edges but it'll turn into a well oiled machine after a couple of weeks.
~ We got approval from the pastor to start the study Living Beyond Yourself by Beth Moore. I am so excited. I really think that a study on the Fruit of the Spirit will engage these ladies and, hopefully - prayerfully - help us all to be more like Christ.
~ We're LOVING the new carpet! Seriously. I can have people over with confidence now. Seriously...you should come over and see it!
~ I love the combination of green and blue.
~ I've really got to start organizing our paperwork - it's out o' control!
~ I didn't wear green yesterday.

Hey girl. I just had to tell you that the "Experiening God" study is AMAZING! Be ready for God to do some wonderful things amoungst your women! I did it with a group of women & it was GREAT! we are now going through "Stepping up" A journey through the Psalms of asent. Really good! Get the downloads for your study if you can...they are so worth it! Praying for ya! >hugs< =0>
