I reinstated my membership at Gold's Gym and even sought out help from a trainer. They are SUPER expensive. You know, between the cost of healthy food and the cost of good professional help - no wonder the majority of America is obese.

Anyway...
I've had a medical issue come up which is causing me to shy away from hardcore workouts for the time being. And since I have a very athletic background, I don't exactly feel like I'm working out until my legs feel like they're going to fall off.
I cannot disclose now what exactly is going on health wise but as soon as I get through a couple of appointments I may be ready to tell you all what's going on.
Until I get the "all clear" I'll be using my walking videos, treadmills and the occasional hand wieght or two...and, of course, watching my calorie in take.
(oh, and don't worry about me, I don't think it's anything life threatening...it's just weird.)
Oh, and off the topic but I'd like to hear your opinions...
Kate and I have thrown around the idea of having an SNL themed Halloween party. You have to come dressed up as a character from SNL (we have dibs on Hans and Franz)...would you come and who would you choose?

You have plenty on your plate right now.
Focus on your "mystery illness" and get well. I bet if you still continue to do the things you mentioned, you'll still lose some weight without really trying...
