I have always wanted to be a police officer. Not so much in the riot gear but still.
I even had a dream the other night that I was a motorcycle officer. I have not ridden on a motorcycle since I was about 7 and that was on the back of my uncle's Harley.
Needless to say, I'm not a police officer. I do satisfy my craving of justice and police work by watching insane amounts of COPS, America's Most Wanted, CSI and other crime shows.

Yeah, I wanted to be a police officer as well growing up...of coarse my mother crushed that dream in her ever so loving greek sensitive way...she would ask me "do you want to make your mother cry? What if you get shot?! How would that make me feel?"...so in order to not make my mother cry I chose the safer route...I decided to become a computer.

i wanted to be Laura from the little house on the prairie.
i would dress up in old 1970s prairie/hippie skirts and make my cousins play along to the adventures i made up.

My husband wanted to be a cop SO bad, but he is partially deaf in both ears and so he can't.
I don't think I had any real aspirations until high school when I wanted to be a psychotherapist...then a counselor...now a mom! Which pretty much encompasses both!
I do remember wanting to be just like Maddonna when I was little!
