I took a page from Kate's playbook and here is what I found:

Directions for Blog Surfing

1. I only know how to do this from blogger so that's where you should start. At the top of the page you'll see tool bar with three options: "search blog", "flag blog" and "next blog". Click Next Blog!

2. You will automatically be taken to a random blog!

3. Be careful - some of these blogs aren't exactly appropriate and are typically not in English.

4. Post on your blog a random picture that doesn't exactly make sense.
